I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! My Christmas was great, and fairly low key which is always the way I like it. I hosted my very first Christmas this year, and roasted my very first turkey! I must admit that I had a lot of anxiety about the turkey, all the way up to the time the turkey was carved. Apparently so did my brother as he had dreams of a turkey that imploded National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation style, lol! But, to my surprise it turned out fantastic, was beautiful and delicious. As 2012 comes to an end, I thought I would share the most popular posts of 2012. What’s most surprising is that sweet and savoury recipes were almost tied.
